Head of Marketing & Brand (Full-Time Contractor, Remote - Australia)

The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Brand to own our brand marketing end-to-end. This is a senior full-time contractor role (remote in Australia), reporting directly to the CEO and working with our Head of CX and agency partners.
You’ll have the agility and freedom to put your own stamp on the brand – shaping campaigns, guiding creative, driving PR, and influencing new product direction.
Key responsibilities
* Own the marketing calendar – launches, campaigns, gifting, PR pushes, BFCM.
* Lead creative planning and direction – brief producers, guide output.
* Manage and mentor our Social Media Manager – ensuring execution aligns with brand voice and campaign plans.
* Manage and mentor our EDM Strategist – ensuring lifecycle flows and campaigns connect seamlessly with brand strategy.
* Lead PR and partnerships – media, influencers, gifting, collabs.
* Diversify channels beyond paid social and Google – test new platforms, affiliates, and content-driven growth.
* Collaborate with our media agency (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
* Provide input on new SKUs and brand direction.
* Track results and continually optimise.
What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years in brand marketing, creative strategy, or e-commerce marketing.
* Experience managing social, PR, and creative production.
* Strong creative instincts with a commercial mindset.
* Background in lifestyle, fashion, or jewellery is a plus.
