What will you be doing?
In the yearlong graduate program, you’ll be shown the ropes through foundation masterclasses, then you’ll work on projects aligned to your skill set. This could involve software development, organisational change management, or business analysis.

Capgemini helps leading brands transform through cloud, digital and platform solutions. Graduates typically work in roles such as Software Development, DevOps, People Change Management, Business Analysis and Program Management Office.
Qualifications and selection
To be considered, you will need to satisfy the following requirements:
- A completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree within the last 2 years
- Ability to commence full time work from early 2026
- Great communication skills, resilience, and an outstanding customer service ethic
- A sense of humour and alignment with Capgemini values
You will need to supply a cover letter outlining your preferred kinds of consulting (you may choose more than one). Please select from: Data and analytics, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Organisational Change Management, IT application Consulting (Including SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce), Cybersecurity, Engineering, Full-stack development, and Cloud (AWS/Azure).
Please outline your preferred working location from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra & Hobart. If you are open to multiple locations, indicate this in your cover letter. When will I hear back?
This role will begin in Early 2026 (date tbc February–March). We will begin contacting candidates between late December 2025 and early February 2026, with outcomes communicated by March 2026.
