Key Responsibilities
CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand. Our goal is to design, supply, and install telecommunications solutions that help clients keep their workforce safe and manage their most critical assets.
In this opportunity as Branch Administrator, your role will involve being the first point of contact for visitors and clients coming into the branch, directing phone inquiries to the most appropriate CSE contact, and providing general administration support to the Sales and Operations team to create efficiencies in the office.
About the Role:
* Process customer purchase orders
* Process sales - credit card transactions
* Liaise with customers and generate quotations
* Filing
* Adhoc administration duties – including ordering office supplies
* Service administration, organising stock transfers, assisting with customer bookings
Requirements
Positive team orientated attitude, with a willingness to help others
Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
Intermediate MS Office skills, (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ideal candidate has 2-3 years experience in an office environment, either in reception/administration or customer service
Cert 3 in Business Administration or experience with Service Based Accounting software highly desirable
