Part time temporary position to the end of Term 4, 2026

Central Coast Grammar School is a leading K-12 independent, coeducational and nondenominational school. Located on a single 18-hectare campus overlooking the Matcham Valley close to the heart of Erina, our school offers a spacious environment where students can grow and flourish.

All CCGS staff participate in annual training in child protection. All statutory checks and references are required prior to confirmation of employment.

The Student Events Administration Assistant is responsible to provide comprehensive coordination & administrative support for school events, excursions, camps and cocurricular activities, ensuring all aspects of event planning & delivery are managed efficiently, including logistics, scheduling, compliance, communication and budgeting. This is a part time/temporary position, working 3 days per week during school term time to the end of Term 4, 2026.

To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:

· A Certificate in Administration, Secretarial, or Business (or equivalent)

· Experience in a similar administrative role (school environment desirable)

· The ability to manage multiple priorities within established parameters

· Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative & adapt to changing priorities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Efficient administrative skills with flexibility, adaptability & high attention to detail for accuracy

· Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team

· A commitment to the strategic direction of the School is required
