Griffith Library's Academic Engagement Services team invites applications for a Discipline Librarian (Learning & Teaching) to support the Arts, Education and Law academic groups.

Job Description
As a member of the Learning and Teaching Team, you will lead outreach and support activities for the AEL academic group. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high‐quality academic, information and digital skills support to students and researchers. Your responsibilities include workshop facilitation, one‐to‐one consultations, online delivery, e‐learning resource development and contribution to collection development, emerging technologies and service delivery in both physical and virtual environments.
About you
* A degree in librarianship or significant progress towards a degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training and experience.
* Eligibility for associate membership of the Australian Library and Information Association.
* Demonstrated experience designing, developing and delivering learning and teaching support for students and researchers.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships with academic staff and professional colleagues.
* Ability to provide discipline‐specific guidance and support collection development and emerging technologies.
* Well‐organised, adaptable, with experience in project or engagement planning and continuous improvement activities, and a commitment to inclusive practice.
* Experience working in an academic library and knowledge of humanities, arts, education and law will be highly regarded.

This is a continuing, full‐time position primarily based at Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan). You may be required to work across other campuses.
Salary: HEW level 7, $104,504 – $113,219 pa + 17% superannuation.
