Job Summary:
This is a senior commercial property management opportunity that offers a unique balance between work and personal life. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a well-established commercial portfolio consisting of retail and industrial properties.
The role comes with a competitive salary package of $100K to $120K plus superannuation, as well as support from virtual assistants to help manage your workload.
About the Role:
* You will oversee a portfolio of approximately 95 leases, with growth targets of 120–130.
* Drive portfolio growth by leveraging the support of a virtual assistant.
* Demonstrate excellent landlord and tenant relationship management skills.
* Provide strategic input into the growth of the department and contribute to the development of a future leadership position.
Your Background:
* A minimum of 3+ years' experience in commercial property management is required.
* Strong knowledge of Cirrus8, including the trust accounting component.
* A proven track record of growing and managing commercial portfolios.
* Strong leadership qualities and a desire to take on a more senior leadership role in the future.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
