**The Role**:
Seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our Perth Studio. You'll be working across all phases of development with the local the interior design team while supporting our other national and international studios.
**Duties Include**:
- Undertaking interior sketch design work and space planning analysis
- Producing interior documentation and scheduling
- Integration of Interior and Architectural delivery
- Supporting leadership to ensure projects are delivered on budget, time and quality parameters
- Work across all phases of design, development and construction
- Operating within the procedural guidelines of the firm's policies and professional practice standards unless otherwise formally authorised
- Production of Interior documentation and scheduling
**Skills & Experience**:
- 3+ years' experience in an Interior Designer role
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and planning ordinances
- Advanced documentation and graphic presentation
- Knowledge of finishes, fixtures and lighting
- Proficient level of design, graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organisation skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical abilities
- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving
