We're partnering with a high-performing digital marketing agency looking for a B2C Strategy Lead to lead a newly formed performance pod.
This is a senior role combining performance marketing strategy, client leadership and team management. You'll lead a small team while owning strategy and performance outcomes across a portfolio of B2C clients.
If you enjoy shaping strategy, mentoring marketers and building strong client partnerships — while still staying close enough to the platforms to guide direction — this role offers the perfect balance.
The Role
You'll operate like a mini agency within the agency, leading a three-person performance pod.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Leading strategy across a portfolio of B2C clients (primarily eCommerce)
* Owning client relationships and ensuring retention and growth
* Overseeing performance across Google Ads, paid social and other performance channels
* Managing and mentoring two performance marketers
* Driving strong commercial outcomes and ensuring pod profitability
* Guiding campaign structure, optimisation and strategic direction
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Have strong B2C performance marketing experience
* Be confident in Google Ads / SEM strategy
* Understand paid social channels
* Have experience owning client relationships
* Have experience managing or mentoring team members
* Be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
This role is ideal for someone who has grown from hands-on performance marketing into a more strategic leadership role.
