- Position: Shuttle Bus Driver
- Employment Type: Full Time, Fixed Term unit September 2026, with a monthly accrued day off
- Roster: Fortnightly rotating 6:30am-2:30pm & 8:30pm-10:30pm
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Driver (over 1.25-3.00 tonnes)
- Salary: $57,002.40 per annum plus superannuation and applicable penalties
South West Healthcare is excited to be on the lookout for a second Shuttle Bus Driver to join our Warrnambool Campus team and help expand our popular shuttle service! This isn't just driving — you will be the friendly face helping staff and volunteers get to where they need to be safely and on time. Every shift, you will play a key role in making someone's day start off right, keeping services running smoothly, and helping the community receive the high level of care they deserve. Be at the heart of the action and make a real difference every day! 
What you will bring
- A valid driver's license and experience driving vehicles over 1.25-3.00 tonnes.
- A genuine passion for driving and engaging with people.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with staff, volunteers, and visitors.
- A reliable and flexible approach to rostered hours.
- A proactive, friendly attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
