We are partnering with a respected property services group on the Gold Coast to recruit an experienced Centre Manager or Property Manager. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a Large Format Retail portfolio, supported by strong systems and a collaborative leadership team.
About the Role
In this hands-on role where you will oversee the full scope of centre operations, including:
* Lease administration, tenancy schedules, critical dates, rent reviews and on-charges
* Managing arrears, issuing notices and maintaining compliance with leasing legislation
* Month-end financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and annual outgoings reconciliations
* Contractor and service provider management, including performance and cost control
* Overseeing maintenance programs, WHS compliance and risk management processes
* Regular site inspections and documentation across internal audit platforms
* Building strong relationships with tenants, owners and internal stakeholders
About You
* 3+ years' experience in retail or commercial property management
* Strong understanding of the Retail Leases Act and leasing procedures
* Proven experience with budgets, financial analysis and outgoings
* High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to work autonomously, manage competing deadlines and add value to operations
* Experience with Cirrus8 or MRI (advantageous)
* Current Real Estate Licence (essential)
