Burrun Dalai Aboriginal Corporation is a not-for-profit Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisation (ACCO) providing support to Aboriginal children and young people, their birth families, foster families, and communities. Location: Tamworth, NSW
Employment Type: Fixed Term – 24 Months (Traineeship)
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
* Support HR administration, data entry, and record management.
* Coordinate training and development activities.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
Essential Selection Criteria
* Aboriginality (identified position).
* Commitment to completing Certificate IV in Human Resources.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
* Current NSW Driver License and ability to travel occasionally.
