About The Role
We offer a blended experience of fashion retail and healthcare, involving:
1. Providing eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clients.
2. Dispensing lenses and frames according to prescriptions from our Optometrists.
3. Building meaningful relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
4. Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
About The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 1 year of experience in optical or 2+ years in retail sales.
* Experience with store opening/closing duties.
* Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
* Confident, clear, and effective communication skills.
* Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships.
* Self-motivated, positive, and friendly attitude.
Having an Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desirable but not essential.
