Seeking a seasoned logistics leader to oversee the efficient operation of our Darwin distribution centre. As Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring exceptional customer service across the supply chain.
About the Role
You will lead a small team of supervisors and coordinators, overseeing warehouse operations from order receipt through to customer delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing day-to-day activities in accordance with organisational goals and objectives.
* Mentoring and coaching a small team of staff members to achieve individual and team performance targets.
* Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency and service levels.
* Coordinating the management of warehouse resources, including personnel, equipment, and inventory.
* E nsuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
* Contributing to the development of continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
