Here's a Snapshot Of Your Day

1. Oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across the Client's sites within the contractual service level agreements and KPI requirements.
2. Liaise with various client contacts and build strong working relationships.
3. Maintain and update all CBRE vendor Statutory and Non-Statutory Compliance records and documentation as required.
4. Manage the financial, administrative, and commercial aspects of the contract, such as raising PO’s and assisting vendors with the Coupa platform and training as required.
5. Prepare and issue reports as requested by the facilities management team.
6. Support the mail room as required, including occasional front of house duties.
7. Support kitchen duties, including arranging supplies, re-stocking, and maintaining cleanliness.


Skills And Experience

1. Customer service focus with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients at all levels.
2. Experience in customer service and/or front of house / client-facing roles in a professional/corporate environment.
3. Exposure to facilities management.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage workflow, priorities, and meet deadlines.
5. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
