The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Project Manager and Director, you will play a key role in overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through to defect-free delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing programs, budgets and project risks.
* Leading and motivating site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
* Managing subcontractor relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance.
* Overseeing site planning, construction methods and quality standards.
* Conducting reviews of drawings, scopes, and specifications for buildability.
* Ensuring defect-free delivery and managing clearance inspections.
* Training and mentoring Assistant Site Supervisors or leading hands.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in construction project management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Junior Project Manager.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, SWMS, ITPs, and Class 2 building compliance.
* Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage stakeholders, subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.
