The Accounts Admin Support Officer will provide essential administrative, accounts and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.
This role is suited to an experienced mid-level professional who excels in accuracy, organisation and maintaining efficient office and accounts systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and financial tasks including:
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
* Performing data entry of creditor invoices and reconciling monthly statements.
* Completing credit card reconciliations.
* Processing data entry of sales invoices in a timely manner.
* Handling general office duties such as collecting mail from the PO Box and purchasing staff amenities.
* Assisting with payroll preparation and related administrative tasks.
* Following up and chasing outstanding debtors.
* Supporting the ordering of parts and repairs as needed.
* Maintaining accurate documentation for all plant-related activities.
* Assisting with implementing and maintaining plant policies and operational procedures.
* Supporting the ongoing management of the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Completing HR-related paperwork and assisting with administrative support across HR activities.
