About the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This involves providing timely and accurate information to prospective members while maintaining existing relationships with our valued customers.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Deliver world-class customer service to all patrons.
* Provide assistance with membership inquiries and handle concerns in a professional manner.
* Conduct site tours for potential clients, highlighting our facilities and services.
* Process memberships and maintain data entry accurately.
* Ensure knowledge of centre services and activities is up-to-date at all times.
* Maintain excellent cash handling skills and utilisation of Point of Sale systems.
