The Role
* Work across tax compliance, financial reporting and business advisory
* Assist with budgeting, cash flow management and forecasting
* Analyse management reports and provide insights to clients
* Support business structuring, new business setup and compliance
* Work closely with experienced partners and contribute to client outcomes
About You
* 3+ years' experience in Australian public practice
* CA/CPA qualified or near completion
* Strong technical skills across tax and compliance
* Experience with Xero (or similar cloud‐based systems)
* Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
* Proactive, organised and keen to develop advisory capability
