* Support the ship superintendent with deconfliction of activities, when required.
* Proactively identify and resolve production issues to prevent delays, supporting smooth execution of shipbuilding or sustainment lifecycle phases such as outfitting, alignment, upgrades, and trials.
* Champion safety and quality standards by driving compliance with SHE and Quality Management Systems, leading by example and fostering a culture of accountability.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the business and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
* Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage conflict constructively and resolve issues independently.
* High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining safety standards in all aspects of work.
* Competent in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard business software.
* Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
