Responsibilities
* Understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies used, distinguishing what can be achieved with a standard implementation from what would need customization or extensions to the application.
* Functionally customize the application and partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions.
* Work with business users to implement process changes.
* Lead process improvements and provide analysis on business processes and IT, and advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules.
* Facilitate workshops, participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing.
* Engage with technology communities and maintain certifications on SaaS or package-based solutions and relevant methodologies.
Qualifications
* Conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners, with mastery of at least one methodology and advanced knowledge of one or more business domains.
* Experience with one or more SaaS or package software solutions and ability to lead or contribute to project work.
* Strong consulting skills and ability to advise clients on implementation of package modules.
