Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm working hours
- Western suburbs and FREE onsite parking
- Competitive remuneration package of $70,000 + super + bonuses

**The Position**

We are searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. As the first point of contact, face and voice of the business you will be servicing all new and existing customers, some of whom are the biggest brands in the building industry. Reporting directly to the National Customer Service Manager your will be responsible for quotations, stock availability, logistic enquires, basic reception and processing orders. Additionally, you will also be required to promptly problem solve and maintain customer records to ensure all sales opportunities are closed.

**About you**:

- A customer centric mindset with the ability to uphold positive business relationships.
- Possess a high level of business acumen including communication both written and verbal.
- Prior experience using SAP or a similar ERP will be highly regarded but not essential.
- An outside of the box thinker who loves to problem solve for customer satisfaction.
- Sound knowledge of Australia's geography as this company ships their products nationally.
