**The Position**
We are searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. As the first point of contact, face and voice of the business you will be servicing all new and existing customers, some of whom are the biggest brands in the building industry. Reporting directly to the National Customer Service Manager your will be responsible for quotations, stock availability, logistic enquires, basic reception and processing orders. Additionally, you will also be required to promptly problem solve and maintain customer records to ensure all sales opportunities are closed.
