Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Property Feasibility Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice on the property market, asset valuations, and commercial strategies.
1. The Property Feasibility Analyst will be responsible for developing financial models and analysis that evaluate various options for respective properties to inform decision making in relation to refurbishment, demolition, leasing, and selling.
2. You will collect and collate input from project managers and other stakeholders to determine required project budgets; assess project information against relevant benchmarks and perform comparative studies.
3. This may involve obtaining independent valuations as required in relation to client-owned assets.
