About the Team
TikTok's Business Marketing Team works with brands of all sizes, empowering them to connect with their audiences by helping them create TikToks, not ads. This includes creative ideation, brand and events strategy, design & production of TikTok for Business, and helping bring brands to life on our platform.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute B2B marketing communication strategy to inspire and influence AUNZ clients and partners, especially brands, media agencies, creative agencies, ecosystem partners, and 3P industry associations.
* Become a key driver in AUNZ new client acquisition strategy, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners such as media agencies, event agency vendors, and product partnerships.
* End‐to‐end drive and execute integrated marketing campaigns across AUNZ including tentpole events, 3P partnerships, new client acquisition scaled education including workshops and webinars, partner upskilling, email marketing, press releases, and more.
* Independently own and lead strategic projects that require cross‐functional collaboration, including sales, product, finance, creative, operations, and more.
* Manage regular reporting on AUNZ business marketing initiatives and results, especially bi‐annual planning, quarterly planning (OKR) and reporting (QBR) in partnership with the Head of Business Marketing AUNZ and regional teams.
* Budget management: allocate budget resources effectively to support business growth, oversee budget governance to ensure compliance, track and report budget utilisation.
* Drill into the performance and insights of marketing channels, especially events metrics and new client acquisition efforts, to track and draw actionable insights and best practices for AUNZ and regional teams.
* Partner closely with CNOB (China Outbound Business), APAC (Asia Pacific), LATAM (Latin America), and METAP (Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Pakistan) hubs to drive synergy, share best practices, and adopt regional learnings to drive business alignment and uplift performance.
Qualifications
* Minimum Qualifications:
o 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy.
o Strong understanding of B2B and B2C landscape in AUNZ advertising.
o A team player and collaborator, strong relationship‐building and leadership skills.
o Strong communication skills, particularly within cross‐functional teams with regional collaboration required with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
o Ability to apply a structured framework on marketing initiatives, planning and reporting.
o Ability to travel interstate for B2B marketing events.
* Preferred Qualifications:
o Good understanding and appreciation of international business, landscapes, and culture.
o Proven experience in media, advertising or technology industries preferred.
o Experience developing content for Sales/Product teams for a B2B advertising audience.
o Proven experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go‐to‐market plans, especially events, highly preferred.
