42Property is a data-driven buyers agency helping investors make smarter, faster decisions across the full property journey. We’re growing, and we’re looking for an Operations Analyst to own the systems, data, and processes that keep our client experience humming end-to-end.
Why this role matters
Top buyers’ agencies win on consistency: clean data, slick onboarding, sharp reporting, and tight cross-team handoffs. Your mission is to design and run that machine—so our Advisors can focus on clients and acquisitions while you keep the pipeline accurate, the ops stack purring, and insights flowing.
What you’ll do
- Own client onboarding & workflow control: turn signed authorities into bulletproof projects, check compliance artefacts, set milestones, and remove friction from day one.
- Be the CRM truth-teller: maintain pipeline hygiene, segmentations, automations, and dashboards (lead → consult → brief → due diligence → secure → settle), so leadership has a single source of truth.
- Instrument our research → deal flow loop: partner with Acquisition/Advisory to track suburb/asset funnels, time-to-deal, offer:win rates, and bottlenecks; surface weekly insights.
- Automate the boring bits: build and refine SOPs, templates, and no-code automations across our ops stack (think CRM + forms + tasking + docs).
- Partner with leadership on KPIs: produce recurring ops scorecards—conversion, cycle time, NPS/CSAT, referral rate, days-to-brief, and portfolio outcomes.
You’ll thrive here if you
- Have 1–4 years in operations, revenue operations, business analytics, or project coordination (real estate/proptech a plus). AU ops-analyst roles with similar scope are common pathways.
- Are a systems thinker with spreadsheet chops (lookups, pivots), comfort with CRMs, and a habit of documenting great SOPs.
- Love clarity and cadence —turn ambiguity into checklists, dashboards, and weekly operating rhythms.
- Communicate crisply and play well with Sales, Advisory, Finance and Marketing.
Bonus points: property/buyers-agency exposure; experience automating workflows; familiarity with trust-account or authority docs used by buyers’ agents; light SQL or BI tool experience.

- Three repetitive processes automated; two SOPs created or improved
