**Project Coordinator Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our project team as a Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration and wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
The role will involve coordinating various administrative tasks including:
* Accruals management, ensuring accurate financial reporting by verifying costs and accruals;
* Purchase Orders, coding, and receipting of invoices/dockets within our Viewpoint system;
* Maintaining files and records, online ordering;
* Working closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs smoothly;
* Data entry, administration, and support to Project Managers and Engineers where required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a Project/Site Administrator, preferably in a construction environment;
* Experience with Procurement;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Able to meet deadlines with competing priorities;
* Experience with Viewpoint accounting software or similar.
