* Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and drive the performance of the national sales team across Australia.
* Account Management: Oversee domestic and international key accounts and identify new growth opportunities.
* Team Development: Manage the education and professional development of the sales team.
* Performance Management: Set sales targets, budgets, and ensure sales reports are regularly provided to management.
* Sales Strategy: Build and execute well-defined sales strategies to drive sustainable growth.
* Market Development: Identify new market opportunities to expand the business.
* Sales Analysis: Analyse sales information to identify market gaps and respond accordingly.
* Process Improvement: Recommend improvements in sales processes and productivity.
* Marketing & Promotions: Coordinate marketing plans, product launches, and sales meetings.
