About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Commercial Painting Subcontractors to partner with us across New South Wales. This opportunity suits established subcontracting businesses or small painting teams who take pride in delivering high-quality finishes, working safely, and maintaining strong client relationships.
You will be engaged on a project-based subcontractor agreement, delivering painting works across a range of commercial and government client sites.

Scope of Works
As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for the preparation and application of coatings to a high professional standard, including:
* Painting interior and exterior commercial surfaces such as plaster, concrete, steel, timber and Gyprock
* Surface preparation including scraping, sanding, filling, patching and removal of old coatings
* Application of paints, sealers and protective coatings in accordance with specifications
* Adhering to all WHS requirements, site rules and environmental obligations
* Maintaining clean, safe and organised work areas
* Liaising professionally with site representatives and clients
* Delivering projects on time and to agreed quality standards
About You
To be successful, you will be an experienced commercial painting subcontractor with a strong focus on quality, safety and reliability. You will have:
* Proven experience delivering commercial painting projects
* Your own ABN and relevant business insurances (e.g. Public Liability)
* Trade qualification in Painting & Decorating (preferred but not essential)
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* EWP ticket (desirable)
* Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
* Ability to supply your own tools and equipment
* Strong professional presentation and communication skills
* Capacity to manage your own workload or lead a small crew
Police Checks and Working With Children Checks may be required depending on the site.
