About the role
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the administration team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
* Managing email correspondence
* Accurate data entry and transaction processing
* Daily bank reconciliations
* Report generation and invoicing
* Day-to-day accounts receivable duties
* Providing professional and friendly customer service
What we're looking for
* Extremely strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Some admin or accounts experience
* A confident, personable and professional phone manner
* The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the confidence to work autonomously
* A willingness to learn and take initiative
