Mediserve Nursing Agency is a national nursing agency. We book nurses and carers to major Hospitals and Aged Care nationally.
We are looking for a Booking Consultant to work in our DEAKIN OFFICE Monday to Friday from 0430 AM - 9:30 AM (5 hours a day for 5 days a week)
This is a work from office role ONLY. It will suit someone who lives close to Deakin and can reach the office for a 4:30 AM start.
We are looking for an ASAP start.
* This is a Part time position.
* There is a bonus program for meeting targets.
* Full Training and support will be provided.
The position will involve inbound and outbound calls and operational bookings, data entry on a computerized system and communicating daily with our large staff base.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent phone manner;
* Experience using MS Office, specifically MS Excel;
* Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines and multi task
* Recent experience of surpassing targets through sales calls
Account/Sales Management experience/ Call Center experience will be given preference.
