What We're Looking For
* A background in finance/Insurance or sales.
* A passion for delivering an exceptional buying experience.
* Outstanding negotiation and closing skills to exceed KPIs.
* Strong verbal, written communication skills and computer literacy
* Ability to work autonomously or within a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Finance & Insurance Expertise: Facilitate transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team with deal negotiations and closing.
* Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service, ensuring customers leave delighted with their new Mazda.
What You'll Need
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
* A valid Australian driver's licence.
