Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.
About the Role:
* Assist in planning and directing the day-to-day management of our food offerings to achieve effective and profitable service.
* Develop and set menus for our restaurant and catering function, ensuring efficient ordering and stock control.
* Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality dishes.
* Oversight of designated food service area, ensuring commitment to service excellence.

2. Provide effective leadership to ensure the Club's goals are met.
3. Proactive and self-motivated, with ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.

Requirements:
* Kitchen management experience or 3+ years of similar industry experience desirable.
* Experience in the Club Industry desirable.
* Understanding of Cooking the Books software.
