Storage Society is a brand new, purpose‐built self‐storage facility in Forrestdale with 850 individually alarmed units. We're one of Perth's most modern storage facilities and we're growing fast.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager in the day‐to‐day running of the facility. This is a customer‐facing, sales‐driven role — you'll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, responsible for converting leads into tenants, and helping ensure the facility runs smoothly and professionally every day.
What you'll be doing
* Handling inbound enquiries — phone, email and walk‐in — and converting them into new tenants
* Processing move‐ins, move‐outs and lease agreements accurately through our management software (SiteLink)
* Managing accounts — invoicing, payments, overdue follow‐ups and account queries
* Conducting facility tours and helping customers choose the right unit size for their needs
* Selling packing supplies — boxes, tape, bubble wrap — and managing on‐site stock
* Supporting marketing activities — following up leads, sending review requests, updating tenant records
* General facility upkeep — ensuring the site is clean, presentable and secure at all times
* Assisting the Store Manager with reporting, occupancy tracking and day‐to‐day operations
What we're looking for
* Strong customer service and sales skills — you genuinely enjoy talking to people and closing a deal
* Experience in a sales, retail, real estate, hospitality or customer‐facing admin role
* Organised and process‐driven — comfortable managing accounts, invoicing and admin accurately
* Confident with computers and software — experience with SiteLink or similar a bonus but not essential
* Reliable, self‐motivated and able to work independently
* Comfortable with a Sunday to Thursday roster
