The Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our team and make a lasting impact on the wellbeing of our residents.
What You'll Do
* Prioritise resident hygiene, safety, and wellbeing.
* Support residents' physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
* Deliver exceptional person‐centered care.
* Work collaboratively with the care team.
* Facilitate communication with stakeholders.
* Accurately report any concerns or issues.
What You'll Need
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).
* Up‐to‐date COVID‐19 vaccinations (3 doses).
* NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance).
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
