The Role
As a valued member of our Fund Registry team, the Customer Success Associate plays a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our Customer Success Managers.
Your main objective is to deliver a holistic service solution to our clients, ensuring exceptional service consistently.
Additionally, you will contribute to business development, client transitions, and collaborate with other teams to achieve service excellence.

Responsibilities
Support Customer Success Managers in daily customer success tasks
Manage inbound and outbound client communications
Verify and assist with client correspondence and instructions
Handle client enquiries via email and phone
Process shareholder forms, communications, and investor elections
Assist with client reporting and audit documentation
Provide administrative support within the broader Registry team
Maintain a professional image for the business
Demonstrated Capabilities
Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong focus on customer success
Excellent relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Highly organized and collaborative
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
