About The Role
As a Learning Design Consultant, you'll create high-quality learning products that support Suncorp's Motor Claims Customer strategy. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative, fit‐for‐purpose solutions that enable our people to be job‐ready and confident in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do
* Design engaging learning solutions using Suncorp's methodologies, tools, and resources to support strategic outcomes.
* Create detailed learning designs, including learning objectives, evaluation strategies, content structure, look and feel, and final learning assets, aligned to business needs.
* Deliver instructional design projects, managing timelines, risks, and, where required, vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery.
* Provide best‐practice advice on learning design to improve quality, consistency, and learner experience across the Motor Claims Customer team.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure learning solutions are relevant and impactful.
* Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on data and feedback.
* Contribute to a collaborative learning community, sharing knowledge and supporting team engagement.
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years' experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and blended learning approaches.
* Proficiency in learning design tools/applications such as Lectora or Captivate or Articulate Storyline and Canva and Adobe Premier Pro.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
* Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination.
* Knowledge of adult learning principles and LMS platforms, with a continuous improvement mindset.
