Service Coordinator Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating services in a specific geographical area to ensure our clients receive excellent service when they need it. Your role will involve managing individual client plans, ensuring changing client needs are met, and continually improving service delivery.
You will work closely with clients and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable services. This will involve partnering, collaborating, and negotiating to meet client needs and develop effective solutions. Additionally, you will source and coordinate resources to ensure timely and appropriate service delivery.
The successful candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, be able to manage competing priorities effectively, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. They will also have the ability to supervise, develop, and mentor staff, as well as lead teams across different regions.
