The Opportunity
This strategic role focuses on developing planning frameworks that drive efficiency, resource optimization, and sustainable performance. You'll lead a team of planners, champion process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver safe, cost-effective, and future-ready work programs.
* Develop and implement long-term planning strategies to improve operational efficiency and resource utilisation.
* Align planning activities with business objectives and future growth requirements.
* Lead and mentor the planning team, ensuring capability development and high performance.
This position is based in Canning Vale. To be successful, you will have:
* Proven experience in leading planning teams, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and client requirements.
* Expertise in powerline and utility infrastructure planning or similar industries, including experience in complex scheduling across multiple projects and programs.
