* Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers, promoting sales growth and alignment with company targets
* Coordinate logistics and assign job tasks to ensure efficient completion of workloads
* Forecast sales figures and manage inventory levels to meet operational requirements
* Design and maintain an appealing showroom layout to drive sales and enhance customer experience
* Conduct team meetings, onboard new team members, and contribute to developing and implementing store procedures to ensure consistent operations
