Responsibilities

* Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence‐based nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
* Communicate effectively in a person‐centred and culturally appropriate manner with patients, carers, and colleagues to achieve positive patient outcomes.
* Work under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse, while maintaining accountability for your clinical practice, professional development, and performance.
* Support and contribute to a positive learning environment through participation in teaching, coaching, and the development of others.
* Practice in line with professional standards, legislation, and NSW Health values, demonstrating ethical practice, professionalism, and a commitment to safe, high‐quality care.

Qualifications / Requirements

* Demonstrated recent experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a clinical environment relevant to recovery, aged care, or a similar specialty setting.
* Proven ability to deliver safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive care aligned with best practice and patient needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage patients, carers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
* Ability to interact with others in a professional and personable manner, with demonstrated skills in managing and resolving conflict constructively.
* Evidence of critical thinking in the delivery of evidence‐based nursing care, with an understanding of risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement principles.
