The Role: Divisional Lead
This is your opportunity to own a vertical, lead from the front and shape the financial and operational success of your division.
You will drive performance, coach and elevate consultants, grow market share and ensure your team consistently delivers at a senior consultant level and above.
This role suits someone who thrives on accountability, loves sales, and wants to directly influence the growth of a high-performing business.
What You Will Do
Lead a high performing team
Drive the financial plan for your vertical and report directly to Senior Leadership
Coach Junior, Recruitment, Senior and Principal Consultants through weekly and monthly one-to-ones
Run PDP cycles and ensure every consultant is on track for promotion and financial performance
Champion our GET UP values and set the cultural tone for your division
Ensure high activity levels, correct system usage and strong compliance performance
Collaborate with other Divisional Leads to present sales insights to Directors
Grow your division into a multi-million performing division
Own your personal portfolio
Source and place high quality doctors while maintaining strong existing relationships
Grow your personal locum portfolio in line with monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Keep activity high across calls, headhunting, referrals and market mapping
Use systems correctly, keep data accurate and ensure compliance standards are met
Act as a role model on the floor in conduct, communication and professionalism
Drive excellence in operations
Identify, procure and develop future BPM employees and future clients
Ensure accurate bookings, TOB adherence, invoicing details and timely timesheet submission
Monitor travel bookings, event ROI and ensure state guidelines are followed
Manage the team's pipeline, debtors and performance metrics with a commercial mindset
Lead and participate in training for new starters and developing consultants
Who You Are
An experienced recruiter with proven success in medical, healthcare or similar recruitment
A natural leader who loves coaching, lifting performance and building strong culture
Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of sales metrics and financial drivers
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence
