Solutions Consultant – DemoX Team
As a Solutions Consultant at Pega, you will be part of a collaborative, globally connected pre‐sales organisation that works closely with Sales, Account Teams, and Solution Specialists. Our team thrives on curiosity, teamwork, and a shared passion for demonstrating how Pega's platform solves complex business challenges for customers across industries.
What You'll Do
* Support customer‐facing demonstrations of the Pega Platform—including Blueprint and App Studio—aligned to customer needs.
* Partner with Sales and senior Solutions Consultants to prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and workshops.
* Participate in discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and help translate them into solution narratives.
* Assist with the preparation and execution of hands‐on workshops, demos, and proof‐of‐concept activities.
* Collaborate with global pre‐sales teams, contributing to shared assets, demo best practices, and continuous improvement.
* Develop a strong understanding of Pega's core capabilities, differentiators, and use cases across industries.
* Report to Senior Manager of DemoX APJ.
Who You Are
* Curious about technology and motivated to learn how enterprise platforms solve real business problems.
* Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional, consultative manner.
* Enjoys presenting, explaining concepts, and supporting interactive sessions.
* Willing to travel occasionally to customer sites and attend the local Pega office as needed.
What You've Accomplished
* Experience in a customer‐facing role such as pre‐sales, consulting, technical enablement, or implementation support.
* Foundational understanding of software platforms, business applications, or workflow / automation technologies.
* Strong presentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
* Ability to work hands‐on with technology and learn new tools quickly.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Nice to Have
* Exposure to Pega, BPM, low‐code platforms, or similar enterprise software.
* Experience supporting demos, workshops, or training sessions.
* Additional language skills.
