Responsibilities Drive procurement excellence for Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers, managing one-off and specialized procurement initiativesAssist with ensuring the commercial elements of contracts are fulfilled (e.g. budget for projects, services credits etc)Support the broader team to achieve procurement activities as requiredConduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantageDevelop and manage supplier metrics and frameworks whilst evaluating performance risk and complianceManage the development of supplier performance reports and analytics to support Leadership updatesManage issue escalation processes and relevant stakeholder communications Qualifications At least 2 years' experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management with a strong preference in Technology and Financial industries working across indirect spend categoriesGood understanding of Commercial objectives and the importance of considered strategically sound procurement outcomesExperience managing contract negotiations across a diverse range of suppliersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team A career at PEXA starts with you
