About The Role
Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD) is seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking Senior Management Accountant – Budget, Systems and Reporting.
As the Senior Management Accountant, you will be integral in the development of financial forecasting, reporting and analysis frameworks that underpin strategic planning and operational performance across the WNSWLHD. You will partner closely with senior executives, clinical leaders and finance teams to support and shape investment, resource allocation and service delivery.
Your leadership will help build a resilient, high‑performing financial services function that is equipped to meet evolving organisational needs and deliver consistent, high‑quality financial advice.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical capability, exceptional communication skills and a collaborative leadership style. You will thrive in complex environments, enjoy solving problems, and bring a proactive approach to improving systems, processes and financial outcomes.
