$44.27 per hour inclusive of casual loading Monday to Friday 6.30am-2.30pm Ongoing open ended contract role Canning Vale Location Immediate start Supporting the Manufacturing Manager - the Manufacturing Administrator will be required to deliver effective administration and customer service support, whilst ensuring that the site's processes are compliant with our clients best practice procedures. The applicant ideally will have a successful background working closely with operational management, blue-collar team members and delivers within a fast-paced environment. To be considered for this position, you will possess the following qualities; General & Specific Office Administration, Customer Service and Sales Assistance as required Day to day office management Creating daily work orders and run sheets Invoicing of completed jobs Data entry and analysis (SAP or equivalent) In-bound/ Out-bound calls & general customer enquiries Updating product/service information Ensure prompt and accurate processing of sales orders, order changes, cancellations, stock reports etc Manage open order reports and/or stock on hand dashboards Required Skills and Qualifications: Manufacturing or operational administration/support experience Solid PC skills incl Word, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint Refined and well-developed communication and influencing skills Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage competing deadlines.
