Bakery Professional Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dough Preparation: Prepare, mix, cut and shape dough ready for baking.
* Pastry Production: Prepare sweet and savoury pastry and dough fillings.
* Baked Goods Manufacturing: Roll out pastry and create a variety of baked goods.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times to ensure consistency.
* Team Collaboration: Work independently or as part of a team with good communication skills.
Essential Qualifications:
Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training.
