We are looking for professional, energetic and committed people to join our dynamic team here in Melbourne to help us manage the temporary placement of disability support workers across Australia. This will include group homes, youth work, day programs, in home support client's and many more.

Healthcare Australia's Community Care team provides 24-hour support to adults and children in a variety of environments that may have an intellectual disability, a physical disability, mental health concerns or a combination of the above.
In this role, you will be required to provide support over the phone to many organisations we work closely with who are relying on us to assist with care and support of many clients. This includes managing the rosters and temporary placements of disability support workers across Australia.
**We are looking for staff that are flexible with their hours and that are**
**available for afternoon shifts from 1430- 2230pm Monday to Sunday. This role is casual working fulltime hours with a view to fulltime opportunity with scope to grow within the business.**
**Training will be conducted during the day and in the office for at least 4 weeks and you are confident in the role and then you will be in the afterhours team.**
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
- Performing ad hoc duties and projects.
- Strong client service and relationship management skills desired
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Conflict resolution and be empathetic to both customer and staff needs
- Intermediate PC literacy - MS Office.
- Focused on achieving targets within key deadlines.
**Demonstrated experience in a recruitment or call centre environment would be highly regarded, as would an understanding or awareness of the healthcare, Disability, nursing or aged care industry. University students or studying are encouraged to apply.**
