About the Role
Based at Middlemount Mine, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a fleet of large-scale Liebherr excavators, including R996, R9600 and R9400.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
* Diagnosing faults and completing breakdown work
* Troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
* Working both autonomously and within a high-performing team
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Trade qualified Diesel Fitter / Heavy Diesel Mechanic
* Mining experience, ideally on large excavators (Liebherr highly regarded)
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
* Safety-first mindset
* Current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
* QLD driver’s licence
