Administration Officer – Accounts Payable & Receivable

Are you an organised and motivated administrator looking to grow your career in a dynamic business? Blackrock Industries is seeking an Administration Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our accounts and office operations.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
* Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end reporting
* Working closely with the business bookkeeper to ensure smooth financial operations
* Overseeing and supporting other admin staff to maintain high standards of service
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry
* Providing general administrative support to the team
About You
To succeed, you'll bring:
* Previous experience in administration, bookkeeping or accounts support
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently as well as lead and support a team
* Experience with accounting software (Xero preferred but not essential)
