Associate Urban Designer
We are seeking a talented and passionate Associate Urban Designer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to shaping innovative and sustainable urban spaces especially in the multi-residential space.
Key Responsibilities
* Urban Design and Planning: Develop and deliver high-quality urban design concepts, master plans, and public realm strategies that reflect creativity, functionality, and sustainability.
* Collaboration: Work closely with planners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve integrated and innovative design outcomes tailored to client and community needs.
* Documentation and Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and engaging visual materials (including 3D visualizations) for clients, public consultations, and approval processes.
* Leadership and Guidance: Lead, run deliver urban design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
* Client Engagement: Develop and nurture strong client relationships, act as a key point of contact, and represent the company in external and internal settings.
* Team Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Design, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture.
* Strong portfolio showcasing experience in master planning, urban design, and public realm projects.
* Proficiency in design and visualization software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and 3D visualization tools.
* Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and engage with stakeholders.
