The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional administrative services, including managing correspondence, reception duties, and direct enquiries. You will also possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation, and maintain accurate records.
In addition to your administrative expertise, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels. You will also be proficient in data entry, reporting, and managing information systems.
